Fresima was born from a shared passion for food, innovation, and solving real kitchen challenges. Founded by a team of four, two of them with extensive food industry expertise—one a seasoned head chef with deep roots in foodservice, the other an expert in food retail, manufacturing, and consulting—Fresima brings together decades of experience from both sides of the food industry.
